- Shipping methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard ground shipping, expedited shipping by request. As well as white glove delivery. The available shipping methods for your order will be displayed at checkout.
- Signature required: For orders over $1,000, we may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package, the carrier may leave it at your door or with a neighbor.
- International shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Shipping to multiple addresses: We are unable to split an order and ship to multiple addresses at this time.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. You can track your package by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.
- Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will cover the cost of shipping.
